I am sure your Excellency are aware of the negotiation taking place between Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt about the Great Ethiopian Renaissance Dam GERD which has taken 10 years so far with out any progress towards agreeing the principles of operating the dam and the filling of each stage. The Egyptian government has Shawn a great deal of patience and tolerance to the evasive and manipulative attitude of the Ethiopian delegate but this has to come to an end.
Ethiopia so far has not given any regard to the old international treaties or care about the livelihood of over 140 millions in Egypt and Sudan. Egypt relay on the Nile as the main source of 90% water supply.
The mere fact that there has not been widespread public uproar over Muslim rape gangs and the coverup and minimizing of their atrocities by the highest officials in Britain indicates the apathy within British society in the face of failed leadership.
Qari Abdul Rauf has been on the loose, free to continue his abuse of innocent people, as British officials continue to implement measures on how not to appear “Islamophobic” instead of keeping their young women safe.

هل للوطن حقوقا مستقلة تطغى على حقوق المواطن وتلغيها؟
فى عام 2016 اعلن الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسى امام الرئيس الفرنسى فرانسوا هولاند انه "لا يمكن قياس حقوق الانسان فى مصر حسب المعايير الأوروبية". وهو قول صادق فحقوق الانسان فى مصر لا يمكن قياسها بل ولا يمكن حتى مقارنتها بالمعايير الأوروبية.
هذا رغم ان الانسان هو الانسان فى كل مكان. والحقوق الانسانية هى حقوق عالمية وليست حقوق محلية تختلف من مكان لمكان. ومصر قد التزمت بمراعاتها مثلها مثل فرنسا. واى دولة من حقها التدخل فى سياسات اى دولة اخرى حماية لحقوق الانسان. فحقوق الانسان لم تعد شأنا داخليا لدولة بالذات ولكنها شأن عالمى يخص الدول جميعها بل يلزمها بالتدخل لحماية حقوق الانسان وإلا يكون هناك خرق للمواثيق الدولية.

Geneva: Switzerland votes Sunday on whether to ban full facial coverings in public places, despite women in Islamic full-face veils being an exceptionally rare sight in Swiss streets.
Polls indicate a slim majority support the move, in a vote that comes after years of debate following similar bans in other European countries -- and in some Muslim-majority states.

PAKISTAN: Two Christians Charged with Blasphemy

Two Christian men were reading the Bible aloud at a public park in Lahore, Pakistan, on February 13th when they were confronted by opposing Muslims. According to reports, Haroon Ayub Masih and his friend Salamat Mansha Masih were approached by Haroon Ahmad and his friends, who told the evangelical believers to stop what they were doing. Haroon Ayub and Salamat then offered them a Christian book titled, Water of Life.
An Egyptian prosecutor ordered on Monday for Coptic rights activist Ramy Kamel to be held under provisional detention on charges of joining a terrorist organisation and spreading false news, his lawyer said.
Kamel is a prominent Coptic Christian activist and founder of the Maspero Youth Union, a human rights organisation founded in the wake of the 2011 revolution against longtime President Hosni Mubarak.
He has been outspoken in his criticism of the Egyptian state’s failure to stem sectarian violence against Christians in southern Egypt.
When family, friends and members of Minya's Coptic community gathered in church on Friday, tensions and grievances had been building for two days.
Grief was overwhelming, but anger too. Two days earlier, on 24 February, 31-year-old Copt Adel Lofti was stabbed to death by a police officer. His relatives and the wider community expect impunity to prevail after yet another example of police brutality.

أثار الشيخ نشأت زارع، كبير أئمة الأوقاف بالدقهلية، جدلًا كبيرًا بعد مطالبته الدكتور أحمد الطيب، شيخ الأزهر، بالاعتذار لدول العالم عن الفتوحات الإسلامية، معتبرًا أنها «احتلال» وانتهاك لحقوق الإنسان.
وبسبب هذا الرأى، شن عدد كبير من الأزهريين هجومًا شرسًا على «زارع»، واتهموه بتشويه الإسلام، وطالبوا وزارة الأوقاف بمحاسبته.

A Christian nurse, known for her Gospel singing, has been charged with blasphemy against Islam. Tabitha Nazir Gill was accused by a co-worker on January 28th after a dispute.
The head nurse at Sobhraj Maternity Hospital had issued orders that nurses were not to receive any cash from patients. When one of the nurses was seen collecting money, Tabitha reminded her of the policy; at which time, Tabitha encountered an attack and then was accused of inciting violence, along with blasphemy. Video footage has been released showing Tabitha being beaten, tied up, and locked in a room until police arrived.
